10 Year Programme for converted Victorian School

Gradient were instructed to assist the management company in preparing a comprehensive 10 year planned programme of repairs and project works. Having surveyed the building we developed a bespoke programme of works and costings, which has allowed the residents of this former school building to flatten out their service charge costs, communicate milestones, identify permissions for major project works and provide clear information for all the stakeholders.
