Change of Use success for Eastbourne Nursery

 

Following the successful granting of change of use, The Lions Hotel Group have opened their first children’s’ nursery on Royal Parade, Eastbourne. We worked closely with Eastbourne Council, noise consultants, structural engineers and the Hospitality Association to secure a change of use of the original public house. With new ‘small people’ toilet facilities, office accommodation, Ofsted compliant areas, accessible adaptations and fire precautions work for building regulation approval, the project finally went ahead. Working alongside East Sussex Highways we secured a S106 agreement and planned and managed the building of a new traffic island on one of Eastbourne’s busiest road. With a great management team now at the helm, we wish The Lion Cubs nursery a happy and fun future.
