Gradient appointed Landlord’s Surveyor for Heron Place

The Freeholder of Heron Place, located only a few blocks North of Selfridges, has appointed Gradient at its building surveyors. This large 1970s concrete built mansion block includes exclusive residential apartments as well as many well-known commercial units, including EAT and Flight Centre. As well as providing a review of the 10 year asset management plan, Gradient will provide a technical specification for all building works and a guide to Licences to Alter. We will also provide professional and technical support to Leaseholders in preparing major schemes.
