New 2-Year Instruction in Clapham

Following the preparation of a 10 year maintenance plan we have been commissioned to provide project management services for the 2 year phased redecoration and fabric repairs at Park lofts in Clapham; a large converted Victorian school now containing 22 stunning flats. The project will be led by Duncan and he will need to keep on the right side of the residents as one of them is a former heavyweight World champion boxer!
