Completion of Roofing Project

We have successfully complete the re-roofing of Kent House, a  converted school building in Meads, Eastbourne.   Gradient were instructed to specify the renewal of the tiled roof coverings to part of the block of flats, and then provide contract management services for the works. Local contractor, Clarke Roofing undertook the works which were completed to an excellent standard, and under budget. Gradient have now been appointed to contract manage works to the three metal fire escapes to the rear of the building which includes submission of a planning for the removal of one of these fire escapes.
