New Project in Maida Vale

Gradient are delighted to be instructed as designer, contract administrator and CDM principal designer on an exciting refurbishment project in Maida Vale, Central London. The internal common parts to 10 residential blocks to Carlton Mansions, Randolph Avenue, are to be refurbished to a high standard over 18 weeks, starting in June 2016. Carlton Mansions was built in 1902 and boasts 94 stunning apartments, and Gradient have previously project managed the refurbishment of the entrance pathways to all blocks.
