New London Project On Site

Gradient are thrilled to be the contract administrators and CDM principal designers for a project at 2 prominent, 5-storey late Victorian buildings in Maida Vale, central London. The buildings, managed by Burlington Estates, will be subject to a major repair and redecoration project this Summer.

The works started in April 2018 and are expected to be on site for around 22 weeks. A S Ramsay is the main contractor.
