A Real Gem of a Building Survey…

Gradient Consultants have recently been instructed to carry out a survey of the Grade II Listed Leaf Hall in Eastbourne. Leaf Hall was originally constructed as a workman’s hall in 1864, and is now used as a community arts centre. It is an iconic and prominent building on Seaside, and was fascinating to survey.

Gradient undertook a condition survey and then prepared a 10 year maintenance plan with cost estimates, which will help Leaf Hall’s Trustees to plan the maintenance of the building over the next few years.
