CDM Success…

Gradient are delighted to be appointed to act as CDM Regulations Principal Designer and Advisor,  for three distinct lift refurbishment projects in London.

The three projects will be undertaken in two large residential properties – one in Knightsbridge and one in Kensington – in addition to the luxurious  5-Star ‘’Chelsea Harbour Hotel’.

The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 are the main regulations for managing health and safety on construction projects. The principal designer co-ordinates the pre-construction phase of a project.
