Gradient Consultants are Contract Administrating the repair and redecoration of the metal balconies to two residential blocks of Apartments at Sovereign Harbour.

The properties beautiful location along Eastbourne seafront has meant they are exposed to the elements and has resulted in the metalwork to balconies having become severely corroded, including fixings retaining the glazing to the inside of balconies.

A high level of preparation has been required to remove all delaminating and corroded metal to allow for redecoration works.
