Completion of Maida Vale external redecoration works

Gradient have successfully completed the management of a major external redecoration and fabric repairs project to the magnificent 90 apartment mansion block in Maida Vale. The most recently completed phase 2 had a contract value of over £250,000.00 and incorporated the installation of new windows and roof repairs. We have recently secured planning permission to relay all 10 of the entrance pathways, which will begin on site in the next couple of months.
