Dry rot work for Knightsbridge royal residence

Gradient have successfully assisted in the project management of the remedial refurbishment of a stunning residential property in Hans Place – useful for those who may need to pop into Harrods on a regular basis. Working for a member of a Royal family, Gradient diagnosed a major dry rot outbreak, (not for the fainthearted), specified and project managed the comprehensive strip out of floors, staircases and windows, together with remedial treatment and reinstatement works in preparation for a new Grand design.
