Gradient are a Certified B Corporation!

We are thrilled to announce that we are now officially a certified B Corp, joining a community of over 3,500 companies around the world that use business as a force for good.

Since we formed Gradient in 2004 we have always believed that there is a right way to do business which includes treating people well, having a positive impact on society and our environment and that profit should not be the only measure of success.

Certified B Corporations are a new kind of business that balance purpose and profit. We are legally required to consider the impact of our decisions on our team, customers, suppliers, community, and the environment.

Following a rigorous impact assessment over the last few months we are now one of only a handful of property sector companies in the UK who have met the standard.

Whilst we have worked massively hard to get to this point, being a B Corp is not a destination but an ongoing journey and we are excited about our plans to grow and improve and set ourselves higher targets of ethics and sustainability.
