New CDM Regs Instruction in Central London

We have recently been instructed to act as CDM Regulations 2015 Principal Designer on a 2-lift refurbishment project in Central London. The project commences in January 2017, but Duncan Tibbitts undertook his initial survey this week to prepare the pre-construction health and safety information pack. 55 Portland Place is a stunning example of 1920’s architecture, and we are very pleased to be working on this instruction.
