Penge Conversion Project Completed

We have recently completed the project management of an exciting conversion scheme in South London. Our client, a charity, required their 3-storey office building in Penge to be converted into 2 flats. Gradient were instructed to specify the conversion works, and then provide contract management services. We were also instructed to act as CDM principal designer for the project, and to submit a planning application for alterations to the rear elevation. The works were completed in July, to an excellent standard.
