Project Management of Internal Parts of Mayfair Art Deco Property

We have recently completed the project management of another internal common parts refurbishment contract in London. New Hereford House is a 1930’s art deco style block of apartments in Mayfair, and faces onto Oxford Street. The common parts were subject to electrical repairs and upgrade, full redecoration, carpet renewal and the minor upgrade of the lift. The works were completed by Danlaw Limited and the finished product looks fantastic.
