Richard Elected an Honoured Fellow of RICS

We are proud to announce that Gradient Director Richard Garland has been personally invited by the President and Chief Executive of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors to become an Honoured Fellow of RICS. Richard is one of only 92 UK members that have been personally invited.
