We can offer unbiased advice on procurement and can specify and tender works and oversee projects from inception to completion.

We offer sound professional advice and support across most fields of property. We are experienced in representing clients in dilapidations claims and in dealing with party wall matters. We can provide advice relating to all legal aspects of owning property including insurance matters and we undertake reinstatement cost assessments for properties of historic interest. We are increasingly involved in assisting managing agents and resident management associations in preparing reports for licenses to alter and assisting with maintenance planning.

We are industry specialists in the field of asbestos management, helping clients with everything from policy documents to managing and auditing asbestos removal work. We have experience of working with clients with large and complex portfolios, managing asbestos surveys and remediation work in occupied buildings as well as providing emergency advice following accidental exposure. Our extensive experience includes organisations in the public Sector, such as Local Authorities and NHS Trusts, through to government departments, housing associations, schools, large outsourcing service providers, pharmaceutical companies and more. We are entirely independent but can draw on our network of UKAS accredited surveying companies and licensed asbestos removal contractors to support clients as needed.

We have developed a strong specialism in assisting clients to manage portfolios of property ranging from two or three buildings up to 150 separate sites.

With specific experience in the field of repair and maintenance planning across local and National portfolios, we can assist businesses and boards in planning and implementing property strategies, through to providing guidance and support to any follow on programme of change.

We can provide commercial cost and contractual advice for major refurbishment and fit out projects. Whether we are tasked with a single instruction or providing advice on multiple issues, as project managers we can either lead or work within project teams and turn our hand to whatever is necessary to help our clients get the job done.

Where additional resources are required we can provide interim property management and compliance roles, guiding clients and their teams through the process of turning strategy and legislation into efficient operational activities, as well as gathering site based data and allowing them to take control of their property portfolios.

We provide expert CDM2015 advice across the whole spectrum of construction projects, from small refurbishments up to large RIBA Plan of Works 2020 projects. For major projects, we advise on all aspects of the new RIBA Plan of Works Health and Safety Strategy by issuing a Report at each stage of the 2020 Plan of Works. We lead and coordinate the design risk management process at pre-construction stage to make the project safer.

We offer unique CDM2015 advice to our clients by undertaking a CDM Advisor role as well as the CDM Principal Designer on our projects, which includes the preparation of the pre-construction information on behalf of the client and reviewing the suitability of the principal contractor’s construction phase plan. We also undertake regular site health and safety site audits to assist the contractor in making their site safer and more compliant.
